           My Author Journey

                Poestenkill Library

My first book signing was at the Poestenkill Library. This is where I featured my Novel Spiritual Journey of an Ordinary Girl. What a great experience as I signed books and answered questions about my journey with writing my first novel. It was nice to hear how these stories have begun to inspire others as much as they had inspired me to write them. Some of the stories in Spiritual Journey of an Ordinary Girl center around a small country town called Cobble Hill. This fictional town was inspired by Poestenkill, a charming hamlet and farm community. This little hamlet is where the Poestenkill library is now located. I thought it was the perfect location for my first book signing and to help bring more people into this cozy and welcoming library. I was invited to discuss my book Journey Through Magic River with the Poestenkill Library Book Club. I was happy to answer the book club’s questions and enjoyed engaging in their discussion. Feed back is always helpful to any author. Luckily I got rave reviews from all who attended.

I had a wonderful time signing my debut novel, Spiritual Journal of an Ordinary Girl at the Book House in Albany NY. Here, I was supported by family and friends. The wonderful hospitality the Book House offered made this event even more special.

I was so excited to sign books at my local Barnes & Noble. The staff was so lovely and very accommodating.

A fun-filled time at the East Greenbush Community Library with authors and readers.

Saratoga Book Festival

I featured my next novel Journey Through Magic River at the annual Saratoga Book Festival. I also had the opportunity to promote, Courage Through Time before it was released. I met many interested readers at these successful events. It was a great place to start marketing my Two-Part Magic River Series.

I can't say enough about the enormous support from MochaLisa’s Caffé and Books. Each year they host the Book-or-Treat event. I met so many talented local authors. There was a great turnout of not only customers dining but also enthusiastic readers. A shout out to Roland and Nicole, the owners of this charming establishment.

I want to thank Nicole and Roland for hosting the Independent Bookstore Day at MochaLisa’s Caffé. Many local authors attended, along with all those enthusiastic readers who came out to get their favorite books signed. It was so nice to see everyone.

I had a great time signing my books once again at MochaLisa’s. I featured a drawing with one lucky reader who won a copy of, Courage Through Time.

Another successful event hosted by MochaLisa’s. This event was held on December 7th. Pearl Harbor Day. I had a great time speaking about my latest novel Courage Through Time and honoring those who lost their lives in the Pearl Harbor attack. Part of the plot in the second book of my two-part-Magic River Series touches on that infamous day in history. December 7th, 1941. Never Forget 🇺🇸

MochaLisa’s Caffe and Books

Upstate Writers, Book Festival at the Cohoes Public Library was a great success. I was able to feature all my novels. The turnout was amazing.
